    CAP - Cadets today..
    Leaders for Tomorrow !
    Cadet Programs and Emergency Services. CAP is an all-volunteer organization, made up of everyday people
    with a wide variety of skills.

    Federal, state and local authorities rely on the CAP's volunteer pilots and ground personnel to provide search
    and rescue assistance, disaster relief, homeland security, counter-drug operations support and cadet
    leadership training.

    The CAP Cadet Program is designed to motivate and develop well-rounded young people, who in turn will
    become model citizens and the future leaders of our nation. CAP cadets progress at their own pace through a
    16-step program including aerospace education, leadership training, physical fitness and moral leadership.
