Welcome to the
Carroll Composite Squadron Website.

The Carroll Composite Squadron has three primary missions that include:
aerospace education, cadet programs, and emergency services. Our members
are from the Westminster, Sykesville, Reisterstown and Finksburg areas as well
as from southern Pennsylvania. We provide a structured environment to
introduce youths to aerospace science and leadership skills in a disciplined
military setting focused on achievements. Additionally,  The Squadron conducts
